Our company has operated successfully in these markets for over thirty years and counts among its most important clients the world's largest suppliers of automotive components. | | |  
| |  | | Our more recent development of thermal bonded sound and heath insulating panels for the automotive sector and where it is required a strict compliance with the technical specifications, has allowed us successfully to overcome all the problems pertaining to the realization of plants for the production of panels for the building industry. In fact, for such production today together with the traditional natural fibres, such as wood fibre, kenaf, jute, hemp, flax, cotton, etc. new materials are being used in the blend, such as paper, regenerated carpets, trimmings from the mattresses and car seats production, etc. |
The company is still present in all other areas of traditional production of nonwovens, geotextiles and wadding for furniture, where the use of virgin and expensive fibers require special attention in the control of the blends and in the accuracy of the fibers mix. Dell’Orco & Villani designs and manufactures highly automated fiber blending and opening plants that in the short/medium term allow a considerable saving in the use of the thermal bonding fibers still ensuring a final product of constant quality and technical characteristics. | | | |  |
| | | The development of a new generation of special fine openers allows us to offer our customers a range of machines that make possible the recovery of waste from the production of felts, thermo bonded waddings, needle-punched nonwovens, spunlace, etc. with such an excellent quality result that the regenerated fiber can be directly re-used in the original blend. Thanks to our technical background and our experience, born and developed in the Prato textile area we can also supply machines and complete plants for the blending of fibres for the traditional woolen, semi worsted, open-end spinning and machines and lines for the feeding of the fibers in the various steps of the dyeing process, where we can supply bale openers with weight control for the preparation of the cakes, baling presses and complete fiber blending lines. |
| | The tipical Italian characteristic of creativity and technological flexibility has allowed us to develop a very unique and important plant for the clean regeneration of the post consumer carpets. The first plant using this particular technology has been installed in the United States. The energy saving obtained with the use of this technology has brought us international recognitions, amon g which an important European Award for the best technology for the respect of the environment. We believe that the need of reducing and diverting the textile waste from the landfills will consolidate our presence on this particular market, where since mid 60’ our company is leader in the textile reclamation producing complete high production lines but also small machines for the ad-hoc reclamation of small quantities of waste materials. | | | | |  | | | | | | | | |
