In our laboratory it is possible to run tests and produce samples with any kind of natural, vegetable or synthetic fibre, allowing our customers to directly verify the high quality level that our machinery can achieve and perform. We offer the customer the possibility of testing the opening of their textile waste and their fibers, including the reopening of the selvages/edge trims of spunlace, needlepunched and thermal bonded non-wovens for weights ranging from 20 to 2000 gsm/m2 . For running tests with our customers raw materials we have also available a complete line with a mechanical pad forming head and a line with an "Air-lay" pad forming head for the production of porous mats with thicknesses up to 150 mm and a density of up to 15 kg / m2 or for the production of rigid pressed panels with thicknesses varying between 2 and 30 mm and densities ranging from 0.2 to 20 kg/m2 . | | | |  | | | | | | | |
