The CSA Bale Opener is used for the automatic opening of bales of new or regenerated fibers.
The machine has the following characteristics:

• The PVC spiked apron ls equipped with steel pins fixed in internal wood slats. It is driven by gearbox and variable speed motor controlled by frequency inverter
• The horizontal conveyor has a PVC apron with internal wooden slats
• The bale feed conveyor is driven by independant motor gearbox and can be supplied in lengths ranging from 2000 to 8000 mm. It is made of heavy duty galvanized steel slats. The tension of the conveyor belts is adjustable
• The doffing roller is controlled by independent motorgearbox
• The machines with working width of 2000 mm and 2500 are equipped with a transversal conveyor for the easy collection and delivery of the fibers
• The electric control panel is installed on board of the machine and includes special devices for the cleaning of the machine with the operator in safe conditions
• For the dyeing and bleaching plants is available the model CSA/W with loading cells for the batch weighing
