DESCRIPTION
Composed by two independent mixing chambers, positioned one behind the other and separated by a motorised shutter.
This configuration allows a large quantity of fibre to be fed into the rear chamber while, at the same time, the previous batch is discharged from the front chamber. It is also possible to ‘reprocess’ the same batch of fibres from the front chamber to the rear chamber.
The machine composed by:
- UNLOADING HEAD: with a spiked apron with variable speed controlled by an inverter. An unloading cylinder with an independent gearbox removes the fibres from the spiked belt and unloads them onto a transverse belt controlled by an independent gearbox.
- MOTORISED SHUTTER: constructed of steel slats anchored to each other and held in place at the sides by guide profiles. It is controlled by a self-braking motor.
- STORAGE AND MIXING CHAMBERS: these consist of heavy-duty motorised belts for heavy loads, controlled by independent gearbox. The front belt is controlled by a double pause/run timer to adjust the belt speed according to the amount of fibres in the box.
