Laboratory tests and samples for any type of fiber

natural, plant-based, and synthetic, we allow our customers to directly verify the high level of quality our machinery is capable of producing.

Waste and fibres, edge-trim of non-woven, spunlace, needled and thermobonded, with weights from 20 to 2000 g/m²

Our specialized staff will respond to your specific needs for the final product with advice, adjustments, and technical suggestions.

Production tests

An industrial textile waste recovery line is available for the production of opened fiber with customer’s materials: woven and nonwoven production trimmings, used clothing, spinning waste, needle-punched or thermobonded nonwovens, or lightweight nonwovens such as spunlace and ATB.

The line has an industrial-scale production capacity of up to 500 kg/h. Once processing is complete, the open fiber can be baled for collection and transport.

The pilot recovery line allows flexibility in choosing the machinery to be used for targeted tests based on each type of textile waste to be processed.

The line is available for tearing demonstrations with customer’s materials: woven and nonwoven production trimmings, clean used clothing offcuts, spinning waste, needle-punched and heat-set heavy nonwovens or lightweight nonwovens such as spunlace and ATB.

Customers will be able to identify the best solution for their production needs together with our experts.

In collaboration with our partner Technoplants, we have installed an industrial-scale pilot line available for sampling with customer raw materials.

The line consists of a fiber opening and blending line, a pneumatic forming machine, an airlay carding machine with pre-carding unit, a heat-setting oven, cutting, and end-of-line equipment.

Any fiber can be used on the line: natural, mineral, vegetal, synthetic, and regenerated. The thickness of the panels produced can range from 3 mm to 200 mm, with densities ranging from 100 to 4500 g/m² and outputs up to 1000 kg/h. Precision is guaranteed up to 2% CV.
