The cleaning willow BM is built on thick sides, with a working length of 2,500 mm. The main shaft, with a diameter of 860 mm, is made of iron tubing with drawn steel tips with a diameter of 35 mm.
The machine is equipped with a lower perforated sheet metal grid for dust extraction and an external motorised fan with 3 filter sleeves. A highly efficient adjustable device allows foreign objects such as iron, buttons, plastic, etc. to be discarded through a collection box.
A door allows access to the entire length of the main shaft for inspection and internal cleaning of the machine when changing batches; the inspection door is protected by an electric safety lock that prevents it from being opened until the shaft has stopped.
The machine will not restart unless the door has been closed. The machine can be fed via a conveyor belt, cyclone or drum condenser.
