DESCRIPTION
The Bale Opener CSA is used to automatically open bales of new or regenerated fibers. The machine has the following features:
- The inclined conveyor belt is equipped with a PVC belt with steel spikes fixed to internal wooden slats and is driven by a gearbox with adjustable speed via a frequency inverter.
- The horizontal conveyor belt is made of reinforced PVC.
- The additional loading conveyor belt, driven by an independent gearbox, can be supplied in lengths ranging from 2000 to 8000 mm and is made of reinforced PVC. The belt tension is adjustable.
- The unloading cylinder is driven by an independent gearbox.
The machine, with a working width of 2500 mm, is equipped with a PVC transversal unloading conveyor belt, driven by a gearbox, for fiber collection. - The electrical panel is installed on the machine and includes safety devices for spiked apron cleaning operations.
For dyeing and bleaching plants, the CSA/W model is available with load cells for batch weighing.
