DESCRIPTION
The Bale Opener CAP is used in high-production blending plants (up to 1000 kg/hour per station) in combination with a weighing belt, ensuring good accuracy (± 3%).
It is used for the automatic opening of bales of new or regenerated fibres and their volumetric feeding.
The CAP model differs from the CAB model in the following points:
- The front of the machine is equipped with a volumetric discharge system with a vibrating wall, consisting of a fixed wall and a vibrating wall.
- The width of the chamber formed by the two walls can be adjusted manually without stopping the machine, from 100 to 210 mm.
- On request, a frequency inverter can be installed on the gearbox to regulate the oscillation of the wall in order to vary its period.
- The amplitude of oscillation of the vibrating wall is adjustable.
- The level of material between the two walls is constantly ensured by a timed photocell.
- The delivery cylinder is controlled by an independent gear motor.
