The Mondial tearing machine is designed for the recovery of textile waste and is composed of a series of independent modular units.
The first unit is equipped with two feed rollers, while the subsequent units are equipped with a feed roller with a rigid wire and a feed cradle.
For many applications, the line can be composed of units identical to the second group. Since the tearing machine is composed of independent units, the line can be expanded with the addition of additional units if production needs to be increased.
An external device collects all unopened material rejected by the machine and returns it to the loader for further processing.
The quality of this unopened waste can be adjusted using a special device already installed on the machine.
The main features of the machine are:
- Easier opening of the cylinder cover, which can be opened in two parts that slide easily on the machine structure.
- New design of the output condenser screen for improved drum cleanliness and reduced maintenance.
- New design of the output condenser section to optimize airflow and improve fiber distribution.
- Direct drive without the use of chains and belts.
