Dell’Orco & Villani continues to refine its solutions for the treatment and valorization of natural fibers.

The systems integrate technologies for loading, pre-opening, cleaning with a step cleaner, fine opening, and final pressing.

Experience gained in textile recycling is combined with advanced cleaning systems that preserve fiber quality, improve yield, and reduce waste.

A complete approach for who looks for efficiency, reliability, and respect for natural materials.

Cotton cleaning and recycling line

The line allows the cleaning of linters, which is often mixed with vegetal impurities that are removed during the process. The fiber is then opened and, if required, baled.

Cottonization line for natural fibers

In the first stage, the line carries out cutting and cleaning of the raw material. The semi-processed material is then opened and cleaned by the tearing unit, followed by a further cleaning stage. Finally the line includes a final step of fine opening fro cottonization and, if required, baling.
