DESCRIPTION
Installed in pneumatic conveying pipes, they are equipped with electro-pneumatic control and allow the flow of fibers or other materials to be diverted to two different machines.
They are built in various configurations (T or Y) and models:
- Single blade – deviation when no material is present.
- Double blade – deviation when materila is passing through.
- Aspirated double blade – to feed two condensers under vacuum.
- Four-way – to connect two sources to two destinations in any combination, allowing two simultaneous material flows.
- Non-stop single blade – T-configuration for directing material within the selected box, in more complex configurations.
- Quick-reject double blade – used in conjunction with metal detectors to remove metal impurities from collection bins.
