Opening & Blending

Dell’Orco & Villani can provide any fiber blending and dosing solution.

Thanks to our extensive experience, we can design complete lines for any type of fiber. The opening and blending lines can feed fibers for the Airlay thermobonding process and/or the Airlay resin process, as well as for carding or needling lines.

The lines are designed to control each component of the blend to the desired percentage, while PLC software monitors accuracy and production.

The main features of the opening and blending lines are:

• Savings of low-melting fibers thanks to the pre-opening section
• Accumulation area for mixing and in-line recycling of production waste
